I am interested in swing dance and music, Lindy Hop, jazz, blues, African-American history, the Harlem Renaissance, musicals, the Jazz Age, the Swing Era and all the exciting things happening in the 1920s and 30s (a lot of them in Harlem). I have been dancing Lindy Hop for a few years now and this has led me to find out more about the dance’s history and roots. I hope to share some of my discoveries in this blog.
I currently live somewhere in Atlantic Europe and am helping to develop a local swing scene. Since I am also a translator I have made this a bilingual Spanish-English site.

Me interesa el baile y la música swing, el Lindy Hop, el jazz, el blues, la historia afro-americana, el Renacimiento de Harlem, los musicales, la Era del Jazz y del Swing, y en general todas las cosas emocionantes que estaban pasando en los años 20 y 30 (muchas en Harlem). Llevo unos años bailando Lindy Hop y esto me ha llevado a conocer más sobre sus raíces. Espero compartir algunos de mis descubrimientos en este blog.
